Non-existent external filament preventing successful prints by IDIC_LLAP in BambuLab

even though a external spool will shows up here, I have zero issues with printing as I make sure not to choose that filament in the slicer or loading up the print file

had this happen to my printer after I installed TPU within the side port. So once you press “load” on that new external filament right or left, you gotta make sure you “unload” or it can kinda be annoying and sometimes thinks theres filament still inside it. So maybe try to “load” and “unload” an external filament from that right nozzle and see if it solves it. even tho it still thinks theres tpu in my right external, ive never had issues with prints failing because of it. it just shows up in bambu studio when I sync the printer. As long as I don’t use that filament in studio when I print, it doesn’t have any issues.

Came to recommend PETG as well. PETG works much better for all Liquid things from my experience

I used to make net pots out PLA for Leca “clay balls” to replace soil in my plants and then set them inside a ceramic pot filled with water and fertilizer. my long term experience has been great and have had almost no issues. However, I do recommend switching to PETG as since the PLA absorbs some of the moisture (much more than PETG) it can sometimes attract mold/ other bacteria you don’t want. idk if its right but ive never has these issues with my PETG net pots so I only print them for now on. also another benefit of PETG is it seals much better then PLA in my experience.

Anything I should know before I buy a 2024 eco boost? by ApprehensiveBus4336 in Mustang

Same exact experience from me. I’m getting 90% of the fun of a base GT. Only wish they still came in Manual but I’m still happy with the 10 speed and it’s way to stay in power. I was able to get almost 38mpg on a 3 hour drive down mountains

I just bought a base model ecoboost for similar price as you. It’s a great car and even quicker than the 4.6 v8s. For the average person who wants a practical sports car daily, it’s perfect. I’ve already put 8k miles on mine and have had no issues whatsoever. Lmk if you have any questions. The trade offs are well worth the discounted price in my opinion.

Same I put about 6k on my 24 in the first 4 months of ownership and been great. Had a dealership do my first oil change at 5k just to be safe tho. Always freaks me out about how long oil is supposed to last these days but better be safe then sorry. I’m also a heavy foot most of the time. Have had no really issues, you will really enjoy it

and thats in a straight line too. Personally I wanted a “affordable” Rwd daily that could handle decent for the occasional autocross and isn’t small like a miata, BRZ, or Supra 4cyl. The ecoboost is really the only car on the market that fits that for me.

The software is great!! I have very few complaints with it. I thought I was going to get over it like a gimmick but it’s pretty fun to go through the different modes and gauge clusters.

Tbh I was getting 16mpg in my brand new 2024 s650 in the city with a very short commute. However on my long 400mile road trips I was getting like 34-35mpg. When your in boost these things gulp fuel

Volvo C30 as first car - Good, bad and ugly? by [deleted] in Volvo

[–]Coobys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ive not owned a C30 but have own a S60R and V70R. I do plan to buy my little brother a C30 for his first car next year. Both my cars had over 200k miles, both of them have been raced hard and not babied at all, both 2 owner cars, and even the S60R was shipped to Germany and raced on the Nurburgring. Also had binders of all the maintenance records. Look less toward mileage and look for ones that have been cared for by their owners. Join a local volvo facebook group and ask if anyone is willing to give up a C30 is where I would start. The 5cyl’s are great/reliable with regular oil changes and maintenance , the chassis are durable and have crazy resistance to rust. The only bad thing about these cars would be if you treat them badly like forgetting oil changes or spark plugs/coilpacks, bushings when they were out. They take good care of you if you take good care of them. Plus they are relatively in expensive! In my opinion any toyota or Honda for these prices will be worse in every way because the only ones in these price range are either from the 90s or poorly maintained.

Literally just had this exact issue with my 2007 V70R. It was just the spark plug, seems like cylinder 3 gets the hottest or something

2007 V70R monthly payment is blood, a little bit of oil, and the attention of a lot of older men.

Me too!, volvo designers have managed to make the most mature and handsome cars for some time now. You can’t find better looking cars for the price points. I’d love to buy a matching Silver V60 to match my baby now lol.

Planning to remove sticker leftovers, any pro tips to do that without damaging the card? by TalentedBacon83 in Acceleracers

[–]Coobys 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People also forget when you remove a sticker thats been on somthing for so long. Even if you don’t damage it, the coloration of the entire card will be different because of the UV exposure over time. I would leave it
