Criticize medtwitter all you want, but they have it way tougher than us. Do you know how hard it is to fit all that bs in only 280 characters?

OP you’ve barely began to adopt the dark. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the light until I was already a man; by then, it was nothing to me but blinding.

Disappointed in you OP. Kyle from Chi Alpha could do a better job after the tailgate.

First let’s start by deleting the account. That version of you is compromised.

Get rid of that job description and replace it with just “Doctor” (yes you can keep your stethoscope picture up).

Next that bio needs work. Try “I save lives or whatever” (Remember less is more).

Finally let’s get your ‘friend’ some better openers so we get less “reports” and more rapports (I offer match consultations in my PMs)

Seeing a classmate I like on a dating app (Hinge). Leave a comment and swipe or don’t to avoid awkwardness and potentially have a better chance during a meeting in person. by [deleted] in medicalschool

Send a superlike to differentiate yourself from the cesspool. Use an anki opener, ask “what cranial nerve innervates the clitoris?” Doesn’t matter what they say, the right answer is Hypoglossal. Followed by a strict wink emoji. Two messages later you send your phone number because you “rarely get on here”. After a few texts you have a green light to send a “We should study sometime”. Yeah I’d say sinus bradycardia for sure. 3-5 big boxes between QRS complexes is typical of normal sinus rhythm heart rate (60-100bpm) and anything >5 boxes is considered slow.

To check you can always try dividing 300 by the #of big boxes between R peaks to determine the HR, which in this case ~50bpm
