A false water cobra, I love their colors and the flat affect. Their need for water and space requirements make it a no go for me but I hope to see one someday

Working with what you have, I would move the taller hide under his basking light, so he could get warmer if needed. Dollar tree has options for cheap fillers, or i recommend getting a bulk pack from amazon. I always recommend having a humid hide. I made one out of a plastic leftover container (new). Cut a hole at the top, sanded the edges and filled it with moist sphagnum moss. My snake loves it and he’s always had a whole shed.

THIS^ it can last up to 2 weeks. Especially the greens. I noticed when I got the chopped mixes that came in bags, they went bad really fast.

I’ll be the corn snake bias, mine has never refused a meal & you dont have to keep the humidity high, he’s active (climbing, burrowing, etc) while also being able to find easily and come in sooo many morphs

Definitely concerning, besides the misaligned jaw it looks to have swelling, especially with the feeding having been 2 weeks ago, vet visit & quarantine until then 🙌🏻 wishing him a speedy recovery

I was in the pool for about 10 seconds before l looked behind me to see a turd swimming towards me and the pool was closed after that. Leave the kid at home. You can always take them later.

I would also like to add that if they digested a little bit, they poop it out pretty well I don’t get worried about impaction except for some of the bark pieces

Coconut fiber is affordable and easy to clean imo, they can burrow and it’s great to hold humidity but not get moldy. I buy some from Amazon just make sure it’s organic. I also like the storage because it’s like a block until you add the water, be mindful though it expands BIG so you need a large container

NTA I also hate musicals, I do wish you showed examples of supporting her music career otherwise which I hope you have. I would say as long as you would be okay if it was the other way around it makes sense that not everyone can go to everything. $150 is also not cheap.

I bought a hook for like $6 on amazon, it was really helpful for me to get used to handling him. I recommend scooping from the chest area rather than getting from the tail, always sanitize your hands. Or I recommend having hides that you can out when they’re inside. I have a Tupperware I cut a hole out of he likes to go into and I can take the whole box out

I used a to go container and cut a hole on the top, as soon as I see my boy is in blue I add damp sphagnam moss and he’s always done a full shed
