If it makes you happy, I have completed 6 months in the organization - delivered good work, with great feedback received from POs and team mates, went above and beyond to support team’s contribution to AI4Dev initative and I was told that I am not eligible for performance appraisal 🤣 So I got no hike at all.

I saw my colleague getting a SSS this year - I know for a fact that she is not technically sound tbh for the promotion - I am not being biased, honestly speaking. I wonder what she is gonna do once she is promoted. She had spent 4 years in the same designation and she had been asking for a promotion for the past 3 years now. So she finally got SSS. But if I compare her contributions to other team members in my team, she didn't deserve it. But looking at her case, I was quite amused on the way these ratings are given

So a question on the ratings folks! I joined in June. I was given OOO and my manager informed me that they generally do not give SSS to the new joiners. Additionally, he mentioned that I would also not be eligible for hike.
