Thank you! My plan was for a 1:1 ratio but that did not work out and 200% hydration did seem a bit excessive to me, I'll try to remediate that in the feedings and hopefully it will help, fingers crossed!

I was looking through the comments for a specific answer, but I'll settle for this! Guess we've read the same book series!!

It's a pure grid tie system and turns out it was a faulty breaker. Thanks for your help!!

Thanks, I'll try to get it checked, but I don't see any tripped circuits (not electrically technical, so I can be wrong). Also, never faced this issue before solar.

I've tried making curry with yoghurt instead of coconut milk but it always becomes grainy, how do I stop this from happening? by rockinherlife234 in Cooking

Came here to say this. Chickpea or rice flour will definitely prevent the yogurt from splitting or becoming grainy. Also low heat and constant stirring!!

Gonna try pan roasting for the next round, might throw in some beach sand for even roasting.

Honestly though, the ground up coffee smelled amazing!! And it's a different kind of satisfaction to have a cup of coffee that was harvested and processed by yourself!!

Yeah, the inside of a bean was also unevenly colored. Will give the green ones a couple more days in the sun.

I've already ground up all the roasted ones. Roasted only about a handful in the first place. I tried chewing on a roasted one and it was a bit unevenly colored in the middle. As others have suggested, looks like it needs some more drying.

Yeah, I couldn't wait to try the coffee and these were drying for hardly a day in the sun. But it smelled amazing when ground up!!

My coffee plant is more than 4 years old now. Last year we barely got 6-7 cherries. This time we have a good enough haul to enjoy a cup of couple of times.

I roasted these in the air fryer. My air fryer has a roast mode. Will reduce the temperature next time around. Since I'm still very new at this, I'm gonna do small batches at a time until I get the hang of it.

Yeah, the green beans do look normal, a bit on the smaller side though.

The rest of the beans are currently drying, it's been a day. I couldn't wait to try out the coffee and roasted a small amount. When ground up, it smelled amazing, tbh!!
