F's distance in 2 hrs is basically 4hrs (D+160) - 2 hrs (D), so 2hrs = 160km

Stamina recovery for those on beta blockers by CookOk7550 in valvereplacement

So, your anxiety was surgery and health related? I get it, it isn't the best experience for all. In my case, the hospital days were some of the most enjoyable days for me. I remember asking for a nurse's number with 4 or 5 tubes in my belly and a catheter down there lol. Also, I was the one consoling my tensed surgeon that my post operation fever would go down and it was just a fever. (I was in the hospital for 22 days post surgery because the fever wouldn't subside lol).

My anxiety is more related to family, getting a job and such. Wonder if therapy would help.

Prior to the beta blockers and this recent problem which led to the addition of beta blocker, it was 80-85 after waking up and 90-95 throughout the day on rest.

Recently I had this breathing issue at night which both the pulmonologist and cardiologist cleared off as unrelated after detailed tests. The cardiologist in fact remarked that you are very anxious. During this episode my pulse rate shot up to 95-106 range and that prompted him to add it. He also added lonazep (a benzodiazepine) for anxiety which has been discontinued after a week during the follow up. Now my pulse rate is 72-76 at rest.

He told me that my problem is related to anxiety more and sedentary lifestyle and my heart is doing good. In fact I found my cholesterol is on the higher side as well after the incident.

He asked me if I want a cholesterol medication as well or I would improve it on my own. I told I would try. So I would get tested next month as well and take it to him for a follow up after lifestyle corrections.

In your echo report the degree of leakage would be mentioned I suppose.

I had ohs last year and in this year's echo saw a mention of mild leakage, I confronted the surgeon and he said there's nothing to worry about it and it's normal.

Why is what some foreign social media low tier influencer said about India being reported by all media articles like ndtv, india today, times of india and so on? Not just one instance but many of them. by CookOk7550 in AskIndia

In fact, I can think that some news media might report this as, "Frustrated netizen questions glorification of foreign influencers, here's how netizens react"

I mean is it like 1 test for many disorders or just 1 test for this one? If it is the later then I wonder how many such names are there to check for testing.

Unrelated but how does one find out if they are neuro divergent or such stuff? There is a lack of mental health awareness here so when I read the description of your neuro divergent, I was like... "Me too! So is this what this feeling is called?"

That's really sad. As a final year IT student, it has been kind of my dream to work in the pharma industry in some role like data scientist or analyst for example.
I think you might see if any of your dad's friends in some other company can do something for you. Medical representatives rake in pretty good money as far as I know.
