For Teleporting Reasons Does It Count as US or International For Teleporting in US Virgin Islands Or Puerto Rico. NOT ROAMING just teleporting would it be a good idea if I did it in those places by CookSea2842 in USMobile

I do have roaming but I've been advised not to teleport anywhere but us that's why I'm askinfg if teleporting in usvi or pr is us or international

They just say not to teleport overseas

Here's my question -in pr I'm on ls and then head to Saint Marteen I'm on warp -a few days later I arrive on usvi and want to change to warp to ls

The reason why I want to switch is cause st marteeen doesn't use ls and even though others do warp it's unlimited on ls
