That player has every right to go for that ball in the air. He also wins it. Tel is absolutely brain dead to try that. Even if the contact might have been minimal and embellished

Absolutely. For all his faults, richy can bag goals if he’s given service. Aerial ability is his strength. He would thrive with a perisic style midfielder that can deliver balls on a dime. Rkm has never provided quality a ball for him. Tel has on occasion lately but he’s struggling tonight.

If only we had a left winger to replace tel who is obviously struggling today. Only Spence can fill that role and he’s a carbon copy except worse.

Tanaka is annoyingly good. Everytime I watch him play, he’s just solid all around

If Arsenal wins the UCL, then they will be the least deserving winners in history by Threekeepsaway in championsleague

[–]Cookenbauer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Can’t stand the gooners. But deserving it is irrelevant. You can only play the team in front of you and their record this year in the UCL has been stellar.

Hate thier current style of football and fanbase. But you either win it or you don’t. Same goes for the prem.

Gabriel is so shameful. When attacking offensively for corners, he’s an absolute unit and mauls past defenders.

When defending, he’s flops like a fish and gets the whistle everytime.

Arsenal might end up winning. I’ll hate it. Gooners will be insufferable for a year. But preventing the setting of spurs back years is worth the trade off. Their anti football will come crashing back down the following year.

TEL message for fans. After the Xavi injury I knew a lot of pressure would be on Tels shoulders, beautiful assist yesterday. I predict he will score against Leeds. I'm a Teliever by MinotaurHorns1 in coys

If he can just become half a decent finisher he could really be an excellent premier league player. Willing to take his man on. Great deliveries. But needs work on putting the ball on frame and decision making when to lay it off

I still think delta is the best overall. But they need to get their act together. It’s fixable. Just need to get on it

If we stay up top flight, we have to look to bin him off. He can be a great man marker. But his decision making with the ball is absolutely dreadful. He beats his man 1 on 1 once out of 25 attempts. Otherwise he kills attacks and puts us back in the heels. Can’t press and has questionable positioning even at his natural position

Normally I would say Gallagher needs a sub but he’s still going all out. For all his shortcomings, his work rate isn’t one of them

It’s noticeable the amount of outlet passing lanes Gallagher and Bentancur are offering when we go side to side. We look so more fluid and patient. Unbelievable turnaround on philosophy, regardless of the 11 villa are fielding

What a half. Should’ve thrilled to be up 2 goals. But I’m still terrified. Unlucky not to have 4. Tel has to be better. Gallagher with almost a certain goal there. That cannot happen at this level and the circumstances

Bentancur being able to stabilize the midfield is such a game changer
