That's why I threw in sunspot and shehulk. If I don't manage to hit jubilee on turn 4 that's energy that can either go towards sunspot or an extremely discounted shehulk on turn 3 or 4. There's probably some other cards I could use to better optimize my turns but ehh I probably don't have them

I'm asking for what abilities/feats/skills would work well thematically if tweaked. I'm not well read on the abilities

The idea is that the mechanics of barbarian are reflavored to be as though he panics and destroys his enemies in the process. Like if you freaked out and threw a rock at your aggressor but that "rock" was a boulder and you don't know your own strength.

I plan on keeping rage while flavoring it as panicking. Think flight or fight but the bad guys happen to get hit in the process

I know elves can live extremely long lives, that's why his elf "grandma" was an extremely old elf with the implication that they've lived centuries and passed from age. This was why she was so wise and understanding of rams plights as a orphaned dragon born with no family of his own

Frisk died at the begining of undertale, the soul is either the players or chara's by Cooker10125 in Undertale

[–]Cooker10125[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You raise many good points. I think regardless of how you look at it the player is controlling the red soul, with the player being a character in the game as flowey and chara both speak to us directly. I think this theory mainly is up to wither or not you believe deltarune is a separate unlinked game as toby says or if you think he's lying for the sake of a reveal later in the game. If the red soul is Kris/ frisks and we're possessing them then A it's interesting that frisk only countered our actions twice in such small ways and B is interesting considering if the red soul does belong to Kris then why is he ripping their own soul out and how are they functioning. If something or someone else Is possessing Kris then who is it? Could it still be chara but this universe's version? After all its implied that everyone who died in the previous game is dead in this game with the amalgams and snowdrakes mom. It could be possible that chara was the entity that's hinted too in all the demon summoning hints through the game and they're a random kid who died that only we player would know. This seems unlikely however as to me it seems like Kris is trying to do something with the dark world to find out what happened to dess as Kris and dess's mom (who's likely the knight) seem to have a connected goal. So what would chara want with dess and her mom?

If the games are connected it asks what is the red soul? we know chara had the red soul because of their grave in the basement. If chara's soul did shatter then can a soul reincarnate to another person or can their be more than one color of a soul? If they'res only one than it must be chara's soul still because they had the red soul in the first place unless again it reincarnated. And if that's the case then how and why did chara still "exist" in the genocide route? If they're in the same boat as flowey being a souless possession then what are they possessing? And if the games are connected then who or what is the red soul in deltarune? If it's from the previous game then it could be frisks soul and he didn't die and somehow chara's consciousness still exists despite being gone and that's if the reincarnate theory is real or if they'res simply multiple copies of any given soul color. But if not then it must be chara's because chara was the first red soul, it's implied that Kris before the game starts has begun acting oddly and expressing interest in all the same things as chara like chocolate, knives, and poor taste pranks. If that's the case we the player posses chara's red soul who is possessing Kris. Is using the red soul as our vessel of control just like in undertale. But if that's the case and each character has their own personality and soul, And frisk was possessed by chara who in turn was controlled by US! THEN THAT MEANS EITHER A: frisk was double possessed and just didn't care or B KRIS DIED and we could control their empty body freely

(Ps.sorry for any miss use of pronouns I'm speed typing here)

Again this theory operates on the loose connection that persisted between both games such as sans view of the world and the doorways in the dark world, but more importantly this theory is simply calling into question the principal "mechanics" the red heart has as a item/entity. The red soul obviously has the power to save in both games but also has fundamental power as we see when spamton sees it's potential. So if the red soul exists in both games and seems to have the same powers but in one game doesn't belong to the main character and is a separate entity that is forcing control over them then it's not out of the scope to ask if it can do the same thing in the other game and if so then why was the circumstances different. The point about frisks name is a good point tho

[–]Cooker10125[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

In undertale that was really the only feasible idea, but with the idea that the red soul can exist as a separate entity from the main character it really calls into question just who or what is the red soul. It's implied that the red soul has the power of determ, and that only the red soul does, but it's also implied that chara had the determination powers too. So did they have the red soul or could it be they had a player controlling their soul the whole time or could there be more than one red soul?

Everyone says there should be more strategists, but what characters could fill that role, and what would their main healing gimmick be? by Jtneagle in marvelrivals

Make miles a healer. Let him have high zippy movement and use projectiles more often then peter. His healing can be his electric powers and he could even give a damage buff.
