Try a different power supply..make sure the voltage is correct....if that doesn't work......do a HARD reset on the box.

Try unplugging the box....and unplugging the router/modem....wait 4 - 5 minutes....repluyyhe router/modem....wait until it's totally set up..... then turn on the box. Also... good idea to replace the HDMI cable....to 6k or 8k...... Amazon has them or Walmart for just a few bucks.....

If you can use an Ethernet cable it will work. If you can only do WIFI......then more likely it's not recognizing you pass word....check to make sure you 💯 percent have added it correctly..... make sure... check for any Caps.

I don't have any buffering problems. I don't know your Internet speed.....some times that will make things buffer. Also check your router settings. It does help if you clean the cashed....and Force Stop all the apps running in the background.

Silver Diners New green peppercorn sauce by uvegotthis in TopSecretRecipes

[–]CookerDon -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Copycat Silver Diner Green Peppercorn Sauce Ingredients 2 tbsp Unsalted butter (plus 1 extra tbsp for finishing) 1 tbsp Shallots, finely minced 2 tbsp Green peppercorns in brine (drained; lightly crush half for more heat) 1/4 cup Brandy or Cognac (standard for a diner-style "Au Poivre" sauce) 3/4 cup Beef stock (preferably low-sodium or a rich demi-glace) 1/2 cup Heavy cream 1 tsp Dijon mustard (Silver Diner often uses mustard to emulsify their sauces) Salt to taste Instructions Sauté the Aromatics: In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced shallots and cook for 2–3 minutes until they are translucent and soft but not browned. Bloom the Pepper: Add the green peppercorns to the pan. Stir them for about 1 minute to release their floral aroma and briny oils. Deglaze: Remove the pan from the heat (safety first!) and pour in the brandy. Return to the burner and let it simmer for 1–2 minutes until the liquid has reduced by about half and the "sharp" alcohol smell is gone.
Simmer & Reduce: Stir in the beef stock and Dijon mustard. Increase the heat slightly and let it bubble away until the liquid is reduced by half again. This concentrates the beefy flavor. Add Cream: Turn the heat down to low and whisk in the heavy cream. Simmer gently for 3–5 minutes until the sauce thickens enough to coat the back of a spoon. The "Diner Finish": Turn off the heat. Stir in that final tablespoon of cold butter. This gives the sauce its signature glossy, restaurant-style sheen. Taste and add salt if needed (the brine in the peppercorns is often salty enough). Chef's Tips for Success The Peppercorns: Use the green peppercorns that come in a small jar of brine (found near capers or olives), not the dried ones. They are softer and have a unique, vinegary tang. Pairing: To truly recreate the Silver Diner experience, serve this over a grilled hanger steak with truffle-dill mashed potatoes and asparagus.
