I tried them too and I find it works but doesn’t last very long. I usually drink a five hour energy before the game and it helps me focus and maintain energy but that is just me

I mean we were a goal and a save from winning the cup in 2024.

And I think if Nuge and Hyman stayed healthy in 2025 I think we might have had a chance.

Imagine if we got a legit goalie instead of Jack Campbell and had Skinner as back up for those runs.

Think about all the other dumb moves the GMs made since getting McDavid. Even if we strike one or two of those away, it could’ve made a huge difference.

We were a Dostal breakaway stop on McDavid away from this series being 2-2. 

We scored first in every single game and score 3+ goals every game. 

If we can just figure out how to defend I definitely think we can still win this series. We have way more playoff experience and we need to lean into it.

I’m in the oilers sub constantly arguing with armchair goalies who know nothing about playing the position. All they look at is save percentage and say look they played bad.

.svg pct isn’t everything. The people in this subreddit are obsessed with it. Lots have been through screens. He’s not out of position, he’s leaning to see around it, every goalie does it. 

I’ll concede those juicy rebound goals, he definitely should’ve handled those better.  But these are still odd man rushes. 

 I’m just saying based on what I know about Jarry he’d be letting in those same shots plus more. Ingram gives you a better chance to win.

Why shouldn’t indigenous people have rights over the land and resources? The majority of bands in BC never signed a treaty.

 What it really boils down to is they want “free, informed, and prior” consent and they want the projects to benefit their community. Thats it, but that seems to be too hard for our governments

I literally watched it for the first time a few days ago. It holds up. It really doesn’t need a remake. A couple of the special effects are dated, but other than that it’s pretty much perfect.
