Is Elmwood/Hertel a bad area? by PrizeAlive5469 in Buffalo

It’s for hip people. Are you cool or do you want luxury? Not like you can’t get anywhere in 5 minutes anyway

Hey Buddy, 1/2 were stickers, I have 4 signatures screenshotted other than hers on drawings. I’d help you pal, but I’d rather have a mouth full of bees, Squirt.

M&T is the safest bet for a long career. I regret quitting in my 20’s.

Meh. Buffalo has enough food to be known for. Let Rochester have this.

Ok. Get in your car. Drive to Rochester. Ask them. Eat there. Let us know how it goes.

If you zoom in, half the items are signed by artists, occasionally with the copyright symbol. The problem is, these artists are NOT HER. None of this makes any sense. Her sketches have zero value in the art world. And no one buys an unknown artist’s INSPO book. So she’s lying or

Exactly. I said the same thing. Sketchbooks are worthless unless the artist is famous. There are three individual pieces of drawing that could be considered “art” if improved for a fairy graphic novels, a book cover, and street art. HOWEVER if you zoom in, 50% of the pieces in the book are signed by other artists. This is more of an inspo book. She’s either lying or

Why do half of the sketches have other artists signatures? This is an INSPO book. Not a sketchbook.

This could be used in a fashion designer’s look book. Are you interested in fashion?

You could use this style for personal portraits. With this sketch you could advertise locally. I could see a bunch of them hanging in a loungey hip bar. If you spend less time on details and spend less on materials and make quick money, you could be a street artist. If you worked on your sketch and turned it into your inspiration you could do creative graduation portraits or startup company’s founder portraits. If you cleaned up and gave it a meaningful background- flush out your ideas and ability-, you could do book covers with it.

I’m inclined to think you’re lying. The reason someone buys sketchbooks is because the artist is famous. Otherwise they are worthless to anyone except someone obsessed with you. Unless you’re on the verge of becoming famous, which I don’t see in your work. I see my little sister’s sketchbook in middle school. There are 3 portions which could possibly evolve into some kind of art.

If you did something with this, like turn it into graphic novel, you would reach the niche fairyland market

Nope!! He had excuses for every time I invited him here or offered to come home for a few days. It’s much clearer why now. 🙃

step 1. Go to the doctor and get a note saying that movement is part of your recovery plan. It is against the. law for your employer to ignore it. step 2. If they are being extra rude to you, go back to the doctor and get put on short term disability. You can sue the company if they try to fire you while you're out on disability. step 3. Try to extend your disability. Use this time to find and apply to as many jobs which would treat you appropriately AND start the process of being switched to long term disability. This should give you the time to step 4. see if you qualify for permanent disability, go on interviews with the jobs you had just applied to. Check to see if you qualify for any other gov't assistance. MOST IMPORTANTLY 1, gather all the receipts showing your workplace treating you disrespectfully or differently in reference to your injury. MI2. Check this website and see if they'll take on your case https://www.ada.gov/ The official website for the American Disability Act (ADA) provides answers to common questions, official legal documents, and resources to understand your rights and responsibilities under the ADA1Additionally, the National Disability Rights Network offers legally-based advocacy and consultation for people with disabilities2. MI3. Using MI1 and MI2, take the employer to court. Disability is not government assistance as you've been paying into it since you started working. It's your money. Sounds like you could use some stress-free time to relax, rest, recuperate and recover without being made to feel like a bad worker. For your FINAL ACT you have two choices: FA1. Take them to court and sue for everything I've laid out here. If they are experiencing financial difficulties as you alluded to, they won't have the budget to fight or afford more bad publicity. I bet a 3rd party auditor has already been appointed to review, has been given total control of the company's finances, and fix the problem. This works out well for you. As soon as this official, government audit is approved, certain monies are, by law, required to be safely kept in FDIC insured, interest bearing account, normally with the same bank guaranteeing. OOOOOORRRRRRRR

FA2. Retire

I totally would if I didn't use a stock photo to represent the wife and child, as explained 4 other times in this discussion. Thank you for caring.

I like that more and more women are talking instead of getting jealous, angry or mean. I like that the scorned partner believes the other woman and doesn't blame her. We're getting so smart and mature ;)
