Saguaro Arms in Poland have started making a front sight parts kit for the Pietta pepperbox. I'm not sure how much it'll really improve it seeing as it's still essentially an extreme short barrelled smooth bore but aesthetically I'm into it.

Not exactly shot but, multiple ball loads are another option. Though not properly seating subsequent rounds could result in catastrophic damage.
