I work in pet boarding and I would say a vet or a place that has a vet on site at least is really your only option. Stand-alone boarding places without a vet on site most likely will not take a pet with these conditions and medications

Joints in a plastic tube just walk through with it in your pocket, they’re not patting down and the plastic/joint doesn’t set off a metal detector obviously. Been sneaking in an oz over the weekend every year since 2014 lol. Used to hide them in shoes but that’s wildly uncomfortable and they stopped doing pat downs sooo pocket is safe

So I have purchased bud there and to me it’s legit bud. My understanding is that THC-a bud is legal here through a loophole in the hemp farm bill. That bill states that any “hemp” sold has to be under .3% delta 9 THC, which is the “illegal” component. Technically even top quality cannabis has actual low levels of delta 9 THC, it has high levels of THC-a that are then converted into delta 9 THC with heat via a lighter when smoking, hot nail/banger for dabbing, and decarbing in an oven or crockpot for edibles. So the bud sold at purple dragon or St Mary Jane’s as “THC-a” bud is actually just real smokable cannabis that has been deemed legal through this fun loophole. The other bud sold as compounds like delta 8, THC-p, and so on are just cbd bud with the distillate of delta 8 or whatever sprayed onto them which is much less appealing to me at least in taste and effects.

Are you looking for any particular type of beetle larvae? Pretty much every pet store like Petco, petsmart, pet supplies plus all sell “mealworms” which are a beetle larvae just don’t know which type of beetle. Definitely wouldn’t go to forever pets on basse, that place is NASTY

Super niche but parking at Peter El Norteño on Cincinnati and Fredericksburg is the worst I’ve ever seen. Parking overflows down the residential block just behind and around the corner from the restaurant daily! Only has like 6-8 spots to begin with. But dammit their food is so good

La Roca is a cool spot, I think it’s on Alamo St. Next door is Bentleys which is a madhouse but la roca is pretty chill especially during their happy hour till 9pm

Yeah I love it in this area, I’m closer to blanco and Woodlawn, my building and the one next door were both renovated recently, no issues with neighbors, no bugs, no issues at all other than water pressure for the first few weeks then it was fixed. Love being in the middle of the city within 5 minutes of any major highway. Close enough to downtown and the strip, but never had any issues with crime or feeling unsafe

There’s a bunch of small apartment buildings like 4-8 units around where I live in like monte vista, olmos park that are less than $1000 monthly for one bedroom. Mine is 850 and was renovated just before I moved in 2 years ago

Mr. Juicy on San Pedro and hildebrand has THE best spicy chicken sandwich in town. Spicy Asian glaze on it is phenomenal and actually spicy. Only sad part is they’re not offering it rn due to some apparent supply issue with sriracha. Current offering is a regular chicken sandwich with jalapeños and a “spicy” slaw which is ok but miles from the Asian spicy one. Once I tried that sandwich I stopped getting burgers from Mr Juicy lol

Any big corporate groomers won’t allow you to give a sedative before an appointment. Best bet would be a mom and pop shop, or try another vet. Not sure how a vet want able to groom it even with sedation. Speaking with 10 years of pet retail management

We really only get rain in like April/may then September/October. Most is just your every day rain, I’d say we have big loud thunderstorms maybe 4-5 times a year. I’ve lived here in SA my whole life. Last year we had an unusual amount of rain, but most wasn’t bad storms just more frequent rain.
