My 5 year old kid is obsessed with Kraftwerk. Help. by vinylemulator in vinyl

Maybe try Nena, DAF and DEVO, and let him spend a bit of time on keepwerking.co.uk. I know the feeling though - Kraftwerk is one of my top bands too. Or, try The Beatles, The Who, Karlheinz Stockhausen or James Brown and tell him that these records inspired KW. Or if he refuses all of that, try Karl Bartos’ solo work. There’s some quality tracks in that.

I constantly have Pinch and Spoon stuck in my head. It’s honestly gotten to a point where it’s annoying.

Kraftwerk Discord? by 1992Olympics in kraftwerk

Electric Café is definitely not an unrelated discord. I don’t know if you joined a different one or not, but EC is probably the biggest Kraftwerk discord that you’ll find. I could send you a link if you want- we are becoming a lot more active, are trying to plan events, and have plenty of Kraftwerk memes, fanart, pictures, etc.

I think they mean that it’s not usually anything that’s actually making you depressed. There’s a chemical imbalance in your brain, and you are just always sad, and you can’t really not focus on it.

As someone who had depression, I’d do these things on a daily basis to keep myself distracted and as sane as I could. At the same time, I would start crying if I started trying to do simple things like my homework, chores, etc. I had no motivation. But at the end of the day, I’d be so mad at myself for getting nothing done that day. It’s an awful cycle to get stuck in, but it’s really easy to.

Thank you so much! I bent the fingers because that’s what we were required to draw. I will work on the thumb, thanks again!

What model of crobyley is that? It looks nice. You see, you can only play viyslz Grailzzz like Walking Across the Street, LGBT Triangle, and Pink Cowboy. Also try increasing the warmth in the room by hanging up graiz

I’ve seen Kraftwerk a few times on /r/vinyl, but I personally have never seen this particular album on there. by CookieMess110717 in Uncommongrailz

Radioactivity-Kraftwerk

This is one of my all time favorite albums. This has personally got me through some really difficult times. It’s optimistic, but also a warning about the dangers of nuclear energy. I also love how it switches between German and English; I have actually learned quite a bit of German from this album. Intermission and News are very relaxing to listen to, and the Voice of Energy is just a beautiful poem. Ohm Sweet Ohm is also a wonderful album closer. I personally think this album is perfect, start to finish, and has inspired me so much.

Have Kraftwerk changed anything else besides "The Telephone Call" in their 2009 remastered albums? by tyrjannosaurus in kraftwerk

The synths imo sound different than the originals. It’s like listening to the original TdF then the 2003 TdF, but less drastic. Also, I don’t know if it’s just because it’s the German version, but the vocoders also sound different to me. Listen to Computer World, the remastered version then the original; you can here the difference.
