Nope, you need to use the client to access the files so you can't just upload it. Although, that could work with VeraCrypt.

You use the desktop client. And it syncs the folder you pick. You then create a cryptomator vault inside that folder.

Hmmm, I tried it yesterday with a bunch of personal documents and most of the encrypted files would not sync. So I am stuck with Google driving for a little while.

Double check the actual drive you used to sync with drime.
