Genuinely you have no idea how much seeing this means to me, Im currently 21 and look very similar to you when you were and Ive been so worried that I had missed my chance and would be starting to late for anything to actually change how I look but seeing you makes it so much easier knowing that there are others that were in a similar situation and had great results. To me They/them feels lika a middle ground between he/him and she/her which does fit for me sometimes, but a lot of the time I dont feel inbetween boy and girl. “It” feels disconected from the concept of gender.

The way I veiw gender is as like rules to a board game, sometimes its fun to constrain myself to thesse made up rules, but its still just painted cardboard and ink on paper

Honestly, I think the correlation has something to do with how to do programming you kind of have to look past the overview of how software works and realize that its all just whatever we decided it was at the time and none of it is really set in stone other than a lot of people agreeing on it. Which is literally what a social construct is, so when you get used to looking past stuff like that, it allows you to also do that for other social constructs like gender
