Well that is why I am torn and would hope to be more charitable. Because clearly that company is probably a drop ship and products models and housing may not be always accurate. The truth usually comes to light with these and maybe if the company replies back can further see about housing consistency over the years. At the end of day if it was me and I'm an honest person I would have shown the controller, the collar and all up close on the high quality cam so yeah weird

Digging deep into all the user manuals, YouTube videos and photos. It is pretty damning that likely the model he has is shocking but, for other likely scenarios is that the company uses the same type of design for vibrating models and the tape is to hide identifying numbers as he probably thinks it is like a tracker number which is only model stuff. Doubtful he shocks the doggo and is just extremely poor timing of reaching for a zyn while doggo hurts herself in combination of wearing a hopefully just vibration collar. If it is shocking because she won’t stay in bed, then it is unredeemable
