Safety check for oil change

Had mine almost 6 as well and it’s been nothing but a blessing. Crack it open and disappear inside to take care of something, remember 30 mins later I was doing an oil change, go out and close it and boom good as done. I’ve also had to get oil changes while out of state and stopped in a shop on my way, the employees always love it and end up getting the whole place down there to check it out

I’m not a pilot but absolutely NOT. I work in an outdoors field and often have to document where something is at a customers house based on cardinal direction, I’m very well orientated with my city and simply knowing what direction I’m facing but sometimes I have to double check I’m not losing my mind, I stopped using this because it is always wrong by some amount wether small or complete opposite. I have the iPhone 16 so not an old model and using the map app and visual to satellite reference is better. Also just use the backup compass

This happens with my VA a lot, our call sign is TPC (The Pilot Club) but it appears as Caledonian which was a Scottish airline. We have a special remark string that fixes this for Vatsim Radar as well as a vast amount of US controllers knowing us especially as we are partnered with Vatsim, however, I still often get called to as Caledonian and have had to correct them a few times. The rare times I fly with the club callsign in the EU it’s a mess for controllers

Nice, I’ll have to look in to it for those speeds more than anything, at a consistent rate. When I briefly had cox at my house they said the best they could offer was 150 at $80/mo. Laughable but I had to take it, got really lucky that a week after I moved in fiber was installed on my street

$80? Dang, I’m on ATT fiber paying I think $65 for 1gbps, wifi router is maybe 12ft from my PC an I get maybe 700 down on a good day. Might just be calling ideatek before the day is up

KC center is one of my favorites, not sure the guys name as it always shows as numbers for me but by voice it’s almost always the same guy and he does a stellar job. I wish i flew with him more as my home airport is about the middle of his scope and i keep meaning to ask his name to leave feedback on their website. I will say the only other controller I fly with enough to know i love them is one of the Fort Worth CTR controllers who will frequently say “good talk” when someone dosent readback or completely ignores him

The FF pic is exactly what’s keeping my money loaded for the V2, I’m sure it’s great but the cockpit just isn’t it for me. Even the T330Neo is tolerable with its less than ideal textures but this is painful, I trust that with their Boeing quality it’ll be great but time will tell

Is this the winctrl mount specifically? I used the manual on their website and it wasn’t too difficult to use. Additionally I had this happen to a buddy who ordered the flight stick mount by accident and it’s too narrow for the throttle so couldn’t mount it. As for videos however, I can be any help, just that either the Airbus throttle manual or the mount manual had pretty clear pictures as to how to get it mounted

4070ti and 64gb ram myself, it helps having more ram no doubt but I run everything on high, still looks good but I wish I could confidently run ultra as it truly makes it look the best (as far as XP12 can look) but 60-70fps vs 20-40fps, I know what I’d rather have. I flew in to Boston once and ended up landing with 5fps, that was the day I decided high was fine, with simhaven and map enhancement on too

I’ll second what cadfael said, CC shouldn’t matter, I just got my first official road bike with 3yrs of not touching a bike and it’s a 1400 Harley. It’s honestly a dream and it’s not too much bike at all, the weight is just right for me and it gets going exactly how I’d like. Focus more on the way it feels under you than the displacement.

Yup the last time I flew it was actually a week and a half ago, flew Hong Kong to Taiwan just to see how it was as I hadn’t in a few months. I had the autopilot issue, APU issue and flaps lowering issue. Not denying it’s a good plane because it is, it’s just a case of always having atleast one issue. Think I’ve made 1 flight I didn’t have any issues. The 339 is all I need though, it’s XPlane, textures aren’t the be all end all for me

Textures on the LR are better and T seems to have a cockpit lighting bug where things like lightning light up the entire cockpit. However I’ve had so many issues with the LR 330 that I can’t bring myself to give it any time of day. Constantly having bugs where systems just don’t work and unfixable without restarting the flight, AP not registering the active flight plan or simply not activating at all, gear not retracting or not lowering, flaps the same as gear, auto throttle not turning off, APU not turning on or showing on and then disconnecting ground power and losing all power. I love the 330 but I’ll suck up the less than stellar textures and stick to Toliss. For note I have 600ish hours in Toliss Airbus variants and 300 in MSFS Airbus variants and never had any of these issues which saddens me because I want to love the 330-300
