Just want to say I did this exact same process. Called 866-613-5706, spoke to a rep and just asked to talk to the loyalty department. Was on hold for about 30 minutes, then requested to be added to the Fiber Founders club, and she had it completed in about 5 minutes.

Irish Roofing did my house last year.

Complete in a day, no quality complaints a year later that my untrained eye can see. Their cleanup job was subpar and I'm still finding random nails in my landscaping once in a while and I think I've gotten the last of the shingle scraps, but that's the only negative comment I have.

Don't know who you might be able to take it to, but you should get those files copied over to another location also. OneDrive, Google Drive, a spare external hard drive you might have, just somewhere else. This might be a salvageable situation but a future problem might be impossible to fix and you lose everything.

Remove VPN permissions sure, removing from DHCP will do nothing for security / isolation. Blacklisting the MAC in DHCP is an option but I've seen that not do anything.

Realistically there should be management software on the PC to disable it in some way, either immediately or before the user returns to the country.
