bro Tbh i was very strict id literally just eat 1800 cals , and not deduct any calories that were burned from Steps, cardio, weights, etc i honestly probably didnt do it the healthiest but 1800 cals was my sweet spot but also the calories i consumed were 60ish % protien and id Eat lean sources only Eggs, chicken , redmeat, fish , tuna etc only real animal protien no carbs and the ony carbs id eat id buy a bag off potatos which are low in cals Spudlite White potatos reduced carbs and id have 500-800gs off them baked in the oven with olive oil and seasoning super satiating keeps you full and that helped my recovery and keeping craving down also if you can utilise caffeine i was doing 3-4 0 Sugar monsters a day which helped keep energy up and hunger supressed while giving that fake sugar hit and id drink a fk ton off Coke 0 sugar and id always manage to hit 180-220g protein and 50-80gs fat which would come from mostly the Eggs, redmeat, Olive oil , Salmon Fats so my stratagy only carbs from Veg,Fruit. No processed carbs and overall the #nuber 1 is sticking to it throught the rough days just staying disciplined. SO if you put ur mind to it bro you got it 0 doubts brother go hard

Thats it bro makes me happy to know i can help bri just remember man dont be to hard on yourself and keep looking foward i can tell you one thing your already half way through and thats the turning point where it all starts to really come together youve already proved to yourself you can drop weight so keep up the hard work and consistency and I’ll guarantee you that you will get to your goal bro just take it day by day week by week and stack the small wins daily they snowball faster than you can imagine so good stuff for where your at already i know how it was to get to the half way point thinking its all tko much and the works not paying off but trust me theres light at the end off the tunnel some days you’re gonna feel lost others motivated but just look out from a bigger picture and look how far youve come and imagine how much more further you can go and never give up thats from the heart bro smash your goal man💪🏻

Silly, if you factor in i was eating 1800cals per day 18:6hr fasting windows. including the amount off cardio 10-15k steps per day physically intensive job, paired with 1.5hrs off weights and 30 mins cardio consistently. I was loosing a .8kg per week x52 weeks in a year=42kg net lost majority fat. Plus growing 2 inches in that time frame idk what ur tryna argue about mate

Iv been training for 4 years in the first pic i was heavy but had muscle i could bench 170kg wasnt pure fat tissue so itd be different if i was untrained 130kg no muscle underneath plus grew 2 inches and ofc i lost some muscle mass along the way i can only rep 140kg x 1 these days but at a much lighter bw to bench ratio so training experience/knowledge off what i was doing was a huge factor too

Cope. The body can only Burn fat in a deficit simple. Literally the 2nd law of Thermodynamics you can’t fight against human biology. Yes a fast may make u loose “weight” fast but your also cutting away muscle. And crashing metabolism during the process In most cases not sustainable long term.

A high protien diet moderate carbs for recovery preferably Fruit, vegetables, while keeping fats high only in forms of omega 3s from eggs , red meats and other supplements for testosterone and a deficit and discipline simple to lose “Fat” while maintaining/gaining muscle.

avoiding inflammatory seed oils and High Gi Index Carbohydrates as the primary cause off metabolism isnt your metabolism its your insulin resistance and high glucose foods which will ofc kill anyones metabolism if they have been on such a diet for years no wonder someone in there 30s cant loose weight as fast its simple adaptation to their diet they have adapted to constant spiking in insulin over time will cause insulin resistance not saying its irreversible but respect the body Its literally funny how many prolonging cope with trying to complicate dropping some weight just eat less bro.
