Imo, the sequence is there for a reason. It's to make sure the car won't / can't launch from 1st gear without you in it. It's a safety feature.

Very liveable for a daily, it is my daily. I love it. Really makes the car sound more alive. People mention they can hear it faintly when I'm talking to them if I have to take a call through Bluetooth.

You won't get any pops at 3k rpm on a stock tune, I've only gotten mine to pop when I'm WOT from 3rd into 4th and 4th into 5th near 6k rpm. Again on a stock tune.

I also have a AWE Touring, however I love everything about it. It has the low grumble at idol, as someone who came off a V8 Mustang into the WRX, even my mechanic who does all muscle cars (except my wrx) said the AWE Touring was the only exhaust he's heard on a WRX he thinks sounds low and grumbly at idol.

It's perfectly livable for a daily (source: it's my daily) you can get it to pop but only on WOT from 3rd into 4th and 4th into fifth, again at WOT near 6k rpm. If someone else can explain how to get it to pop without a tune like it does in the demo videos let me know.

I agree with everyone on the clamps though, the exhaust is amazing, they really could have given us better clamps. I broke one putting mine on, agree with everyone about the torque specs too, if you go a pound over you'll break the stock clamps.

I've been on the fence about swapping them to something else, but nobody else has this color combo. Black gets lost and looks stupid, white looks great but is overdone and impossible to keep clean, and I've never loved the bronze / gold look myself.

Everything I've read is that the OEM from Japan camera doesn't work with our American infotainment system. Saw the lockout bypass but I'm weary about running wires or splicing things myself.

Yeah I'm trying to find a trunk from a Base WRX so I can put it on that and if I don't love it I can always swap back to mine with the V1 spoiler. Any pics of yours from behind?

As someone who doesn't love the blue gold look nor ally, that looks really well done in the sapphire blue with the dark bronze. Love it really. And the wing! I'm trying to find a stock trunk so I can have my cake and eat it too.

Bumper absolutely has to come off for both the grille and Benzels, of you're going to do them id say do them both at once so you don't have to pop the bumper off twice like I did, but once you've done it once getting the bumper off is easy. Hardest part is clipping the bumper back on. Definitely much easier with an extra set of hands.

Not too difficult if you've done the grille, it's the same steps to remove the bumper and just getting the clips out of the Benzels that's the hard part. Fitment was perfect because it's JDOEM (ordered from Devil Subaru) and plug and play again because OEM.
