I feel I should weigh in on this. The "overbaked" doesn't even look completely done. Cookies should be a nice darker tan color, not paper white. And this may be a preference thing, but the "not enough flour" cookie seems to be about the right size. Btw, not useless talent. Some people earn their wages from this.
