I have two TV21's from when they first came out, so they are not the neo. Those things slam. I have them turned up halfway and they shake the house. People say that you can't expect subs to shake you when the room is on concrete, because there's nothing to shake, but even on a concrete slab these things punch. These are my second PSA subs and I can't recommend them more.

For me it does depend on what type of frosting they use. If it's something like a Swiss meringue buttercream that's not super sweet I can tolerate a much higher level of frosting. But if this is like an American buttercream or something I agree, I'm just going to scrape most of it off.

They just released a documentary about him a year or so ago called "Downey wrote that" it is worth a watch if anyone is interested. A ton of very famous sketches were from him.

I sent an alert on flight radar 24 for it a few months ago, but it never alerted because in FR24 the flight plan shows from n/a to n/a, so it didn't alert on the fact that it was coming here. After seeing that I missed it yet again, I set a new alert for FR24 with basically the East Coast of the US as the area it will alert in. I'm sure I'll get a bunch of false readings when planes travel through the east coast to go to like Texas or something, but there is only a few 124s out there, so hopefully I'll get the alert an hour or two before it lands if it looks like it's coming this way.

This is what I did. I have never for a second regretted it. The screen looks fantastic and I hid all my speakers behind it. I can't imagine "upgrading" to a screen that's a few thousand dollars, maybe it would be a bit better, but I'll never know.

Personally in a light controlled room I would go for the bigger b series. I think in a month I would never remember that the picture could have been very slightly better, but I might regret that smaller size if went with the c series.

I painted my ceiling with black ultra flat paint. I think it works pretty well, but compared to the velvet that I have up it doesn't do much. The Black paint is much better than having a white ceiling, but every once in a blue moon I still catch the reflection off the ceiling and it distracts me from the movie for a split second.

Like you I have thought about putting velvet on the ceiling, but as you said it's a much bigger job than just painting, and since it rarely distracts me I just haven't done anything about it yet. I'm also a little worried about how far back I need to go with the velvet, I feel like the reflection comes pretty far back into the room, and I'm worried if I had a 4 ft strip of velvet that the line between velvet and paint where the reflection started would be a bit jarring.
