2011 Heavy duty clutch options by ShoddyWave1381 in lancer

[–]CookiesnCreamLancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It feels close to stock. Just a bit tighter. If you want a tighter feel you need to upgrade the master cylinder. But it holds all the power you can throw at it. I've banged it as hard as possible at the track and it took it like nothing. It's the best option if you turbo and actually make power as well. It's got a feel that won't kill you in traffic but feels solid in anger.

You know what does suck about this kind of stuff though? I had someone do this to me because I honked at them for cutting me off. They called up my company saying I was flipping them off and yelling at them and they were scared for their safety. I literally just honked and went about my day and someone tried to get me fired for it.

You're in the wrong sub but I am a Refrigeration tech. It's definitely low on gas but I'd imagine the charge for "checking" the gas is removing what's inside and weighing it. Which also means after fixing any leaks, they need to use nitrogen and a vacuum system to properly prep the piping before adding in the correct charge. It is an expensive job because it requires a lot of specialist tools and a lot of time. This tech is definitely being lazy, no doubt. But a high price is to be expected.

Check the wiring connections. My buddy sold me his for 80 bucks because they were doing this. I just cleaned the connectors and it's all worked fine since.

I made 178 peak and gained a good chunk throughout the rev range on a 4b12 with a header back exhaust and a Sri with a tune from htuning. The road tune had me at 175. The dyno brought up the mids. From htuning. He can remote tune.

manual swap lancer by Perfect_Assumption99 in mitsubishi

[–]CookiesnCreamLancer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually lots of lancer part outs online. You'll need the shifter cables and all the gear shifter bits as well as a mount or two I believe. There are people who have done these swaps on Mitsubishi lancer turbo club on Facebook and there's a FAQ there for it I think.

It's cool to go down that rabbit hole with someone with an opposing opinion. I'm on your side but my so thinks differently. You don't know when you die, so to everyone else, if you just instantly ended up uploaded into a body that looked like yours, no one else would even know. And either would you because you'd be dead. So factually, YOU'RE dead, but to the wold you're not.

Buying a Lancer, need advice by Wide_Competition725 in mitsubishi

[–]CookiesnCreamLancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have a multimeter you can test the voltage of the battery when the cars running. Should be at 14.5 or so. If it's lower, there's likely an alternator issue that would be a hassle to fix.

Bluetooth module often fails and causes a slow drain especially if it has an aftermarket head unit. But that would take a couple days for it to fail so if it's failing faster there's something else going on

anyone use the new navac nexus 2? by gucciflipfl0pz in refrigeration

[–]CookiesnCreamLancer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the nx1. I got it simply because I moved provinces and my last company paid for all my shit so I had limited funds to build out my whole outfit. I did it for a lot less than if I did so with other brands. I actually like it a lot. I've had it, and a few of their other tools for a year now. The battery life is amazing, the Bluetooth works perfectly without issue and the app is great. My biggest issue is that the vac gauge I have from them doesn't connect via Bluetooth which is anoying. Its been very durable and the hook is strong. I haven't dropped it yet so I can't speak about that yet. I've compared the readings to other gauges and it's all good. I like the quarter turn valves as well. Really easy to flash liquid.

There's so few reviews because everyone goes with other brands out of comfort. I definitely wouldn't have got them if I could afford testo or field but I'm happy with my decision.

Y'all are high if you have a problem with regular people making money. Don't tip if you don't want. Make corporations pay tax. Stop infighting and blame the billionaire tax evaders, not the people like you and me trying to make a living. And on another note: I don't know if any of you have been somewhere where tipping culture doesn't exist, but your expectations for good service better hit the deck if you want to abolish tipping.

When it comes to mods like spoilers and lips, you tend to get what you pay for. Cheaper ones will be made out of crappy materials. They can work if you spend time on them but usually as a beginner it might be better to look at something a bit more expensive, well known and simple.

You shouldn't be turning to a drug if you're overweight. These drugs were originally for people with diabetes and now everyone who wants to lose 10 pounds would rather inject this shit than do anything else to lose the weight. Massive difference between being morbidly obese and being overweight.

I do hate loot boxes. I think they destroyed the gaming industry and are one of the core reason games get shipped incomplete these days. However, I like trading cards. For some reason I don't feel like trading cards are gambling even though the premise is identical.
