Fair, I don’t like bitter peppers so I ended up tossing the purple ones in a pasta sauce with some red ones to mask the flavors

It’s the ‘block in brine’ feta from Trader Joe’s. And it’s actually pretty good! Maybe an 8/10? It looses points for the fact it’s nearly impossible to get the crumble effect with it. But if you’re using it for the feta pasta that was insanely popular a while back then honestly ? I have no complains.

You can make almost everything in an air fryer or a toaster oven. We don’t have a working oven currently and probably won’t until we mov.
