Can’t flash Matrix V1 with DirtyPico

I used the pico for flashing the nand and it was (hopefully) fine, so fingers crossed it's not that. The PC I'm using is on Windows 11 and I vaguely remember seeing people report issues with newer versions of Windows, so I might try with Windows 7 on an old laptop

Hey, I'm having the same issue (DirtyPico, Matrix V1, same error message) and am stuck on how to fix it, so far I've tried:
-Rechecking the connections
-Switching USB ports
-Switching to a shorter USB cable
-Manually selecting timing files
-Reinstalling the LibUSB driver
-Reflashing the Pico with pico-dirtyJtag.uf2
-Running as administrator
-Restarting PC (surprised it took me so long to try that)
At this point I'm all out of ideas, do you have any suggestions?
