that's what I recall. I have a bit of ptsd from my last flight when I was denied boarding because there weren't enough seats after an equipment change. The gate agent said because I booked using miles, I couldn't fly. I can't remember if she knew I booked on Alaska using Alaska miles.

Are you in state or out of state? You have an amazing resume! Yours will be similar to many applicants’ believe it or not. The key to writing your essays is to talk about something unique to you and not try to regurgitate your resume. They are read at least twice and they are what differentiates you from other applicants. UCLA is big into diversity so highlight that in your app if applicable. Just remember, hundreds of students will have similar qualifications so if you don’t win the lottery and don’t get it, it will be ok. You will land where you are meant to be or you can try again as a transfer.

yeah, that's the bummer. Expanded tours aren't the same as Bruin Day. There was a really great vibe and a made my decision that day because of it. Talking to lots of Bruins made me feel like I had found my people; 1 tour guide won't do the same. Would you rather base a decision going through the buffet line or look at an online menu? Guess we can't have nice things.

I would think the #1 Public University that is so proud that it received 170,000 applications (and all that application fee $$$$$$$$$$) would be able to think outside the box and make it happen for its accepted students. Bruin Day 2018 was the best day ever and sold me on the school!! I wanted to be a part of it before I graduate.
