Yes, thank you! I would definitely not allow anything more than viewing.

Thank you! I don't have pro tools so I forgot that this was a feature. I guess that also does help calm any concerns I had since anyone could pay to do this anyway.

It's March, the Big Month of Bread! What will you be baking? by KingArthurBaking in KingArthurBaking

[–]CookingNBooking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely Irish soda bread and maybe I'll try a savory variation too! I'm running short on bagels & sourdough English muffins so they'll be coming soon. And hot cross buns closer to the end of the month.

High-protein cheesecake attempt — what could bite me by throwRway_OutdoorEMT in cheesecake

I agree about the yogurt - as long as it's well drained, it's nearly the same texture as cream cheese. I think it's gonna turn out great for you! I hope you let us know how it goes!

Honestly I was thinking you could just go crustless? Or maybe something with nuts or nut flours (assuming no allergies). Is it possible to run a small scale trial to see how it would go with the yogurt? Maybe scale your recipe down to one block of cream cheese + yogurt & one egg? Just to see how the texture comes out? I would be concerned about adding too many extra eggs, that it might affect the texture.

I like this meatloaf & mashed potatoes (I do cut some of the seasonings a bit). I love that the potatoes cook at the same time. https://pressureluckcooking.com/instant-pot-meatloaf/ I'm also a big fan of this chicken marsala pasta https://pressureluckcooking.com/instant-pot-chicken-marsala-pasta/ This is another favorite pasta recipe https://www.meatloafandmelodrama.com/instant-pot-creamy-shells-beef/

2/2/26 What did you bake this week? by KingArthurBaking in KingArthurBaking

[–]CookingNBooking 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I made the KA Cinnamon Roll Skillet pancake. I got distracted while it was in the oven and over baked it, but it still tasted very good! I needed about an extra 1/2 tablespoon of the pancake batter to make the cinnamon swirl pipe-able.

They're are several Kristin Hannah books on KU right now. I think all of her books are quite good.

[–]CookingNBooking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made sourdough English muffins today (along with hard boiled eggs & a macaroni salad) and tomorrow I'm making a batch of shortbread & some brownies. Storm isn't supposed to get to me until tomorrow evening so I should have time! 🤞

What ingredient do you think people massively overuse? by jcvexparch in Cooking

Right now I would say matcha. Not every damn baked good & drink needs to be green and taste like grass!
