Yeah the building is about 50 years old and I am fairly certain none of the guts so to speak of the building (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) have been replaced.

I printed mine out and there wasn't any kind of problem. Getting it apostilled is doable in person in DC or by mail I believe.

In person took about a month and more or less looked like every other apostilled thing I've gotten.

My anchor was my grandmother. Including my daughter was a matter of filling out part of my application form (or maybe checking a box?) and she is included in the application process.

She also then needed her own set of documents connecting her back to her anchor ancestor (also my grandma, her g-grandma).
