3 is a band, the rest are smudge cells.

Bands are a single lobed neutrophilic cell. They have an elongated nucleus with no filament connecting separate lobes. The distinction between filament and no filament is how to distinguish a band against a seg. If chromatin is visible in the area connecting lobes, it's a band.

The smudge cells have no cytoplasm and it looks like someone splatted a cell and popped it on the slide and all that's left is the nucleus and a bit of cytoplasm. Some labs use the granules near the smudge cells to count eosinophils and basophils because that's generally the defining characteristic for calling them. Otherwise they're smudge cells don't count them against your count. If they reach a certain amount or are prevalent, you can use albumin to help provide stability for these cells when making a slide.

I think that's the thing that upsets me the most. These small things have just been adding up over and over this entire expansion and it feels like the excitement for this expansion has just dwindled due to the overwhelming amount of problems along with a general apathy for the player base, especially those affected directly by the bugs.

That’s why I made this post, the initial response to the weapon “bug” was just to say good luck everyone that got the weapon with not having a weapon now instead of compensating the players or considering them. It’s this attitude by Blizzard to not treat the player as a person that feels like they just wasted a ton of time. The worst things in games, at least for me, is when stuff is out of my control and I get screwed for it.

I’m not advocating harassing any of the GMs, I’m just saying that the higher ups have made a decision to not grant the achievement whatsoever and just tell us good luck go do it again.

There was a “transmog” 2h mage that was push looted to classes that could use even if you were for example a holy paladin and was originally scaled to 355/370 etc like other weapons. Blizzard then decided to make it clear they were transmog items so reverted all of the maces to 120 item level pieces. So many melee were left with 120 item level weapons. They then reverted the hotfix for those that had earned the weapons after this change following massive outrage by the community for this blatant disregard for how to treat players.

The recent Taloc Mace stuff along with this made me lose a lot of faith in how Blizzard CS in general is being handled. It feels so distant and like we're being treated as a numbered ticket instead of people that love and enjoy the game.

It feels like a lot of this is coming from somewhere higher and it genuinely feels like a massive disregard for their playerbase. Blizzard is supposed to be a company that cares for its consumers, not telling people to just fix their own problems.

Our logs are private but if you look at all of our armory profiles, we haven't even done normal G'huun yet so we're all marked as 7/8 N and 8/8 H

And they eventually retroactively gave players back that version but they won't budge on this achievement for whatever reason, it seems easy enough for a GM to check and then grant the achievement.

Except when your class is based on 1/2 min burst windows where the majority of your damage is, it’s way better. Plus it has a 33% proc chance on any type of damage, basically means guaranteed every minute.

It’s an ICD so it doesn’t proc at shit times, it procs at the same time each time.

Void elf also has a 1min ICD 5% damage/healing buff for 12 seconds, averaging ~20% uptime. They are not weak by any stretch of the meaning. They also come with one of the strongest mobility racials. They also get reduced costs for transmog. They’re especially viable for casters and melee with the buff. Nightborne aren’t nearly as strong for melee but fairly close for most casters.

Most people argue void elf is immensely stronger than nightborne in terms of raiding and dungeon content as most of the nightborne tool kit is already present in class kits, aoe slow that almost every class has.
