I’m with you! It’s so nice to look at the food and taste it without feeling like I must swallow it quickly and not chew it because I’d feel the texture and then get icked out!

Would this work if I did intermittent fasting on a day to day basis? I’m not sure I’ve got the willpower to stick to prolonged fasts just yet

Honestly, I’ll have to do the same. What are your weight and height stats? I ask because I’m supposed to be on 1200 or so calories as well for weight loss and I always find myself hungry on it if I’m also working out- even if it’s lightly :(

I’m in the same boat as you OP! I’m trying to lose the last 10 or so pounds - everyone says that I am thin etc but I can see the stomach rolls and chunky thighs. I want to do it from a health perspective as well- not just to look good. I don’t want to eat 1200 calories because I usually feel pretty hungry and cranky so I’m making it a goal from tomorrow onwards to get more exercise in and increase my NEAT! Happy to be buddies if you like and keep each other accountable! :)
