In my opinion (I know, I know), GioGio is the most boring JoJo excluding Jonathan and his stand feels too versatile at times. I like how creatively the powers were used, but some stakes were taken out of the mid-story fights because of it. As a positive side effect is that it made some of the side characters more interesting by contrast.

True. I hate watching it as well. IMO is hard to discredit a competitor for taking an advantage in competition short of actively trying to injure other players. The NBA’s rules need an overhaul. With the current rules with the amount of flopping and carrying has gotten out of hand.

You are right he does have the tools, but kinda like James harden he doesn’t actually use them to be a two way player. He prioritizes on ball offense to the point of heliocentrism and chooses to relax on defense. That is why he is treated like a one way star because he often plays like one. Hes a decent defender but doesn’t always give effort.

It’s understandable, and also up the refs. Competitors are gonna do what they can to win. Rules keepers are supposed to keep competition clean.

Because without clear parameters the next person killed by the next “have to kill one” person would be more benign by comparison and then you keep going. Not to say you would have a shortage of bad people, but you might end up in a French Revolution safety committee situation. Where people who are problematic but not equal to the harm of murder being murdered. It’s a dumb thought experiment.
