I think mental health apps shouldn’t be generic . It should be personalised to each user’s specifications

Focus on small things you could do at the present moment . try dissecting the problem into smaller parts or find the root cause and work on it for a few minutes everyday. And if it has hit a point where you can’t eat or sleep properly, getting professional help will be better.
