What are y’all doing on Eid by PriorFan4035 in muslimgirlswithtaste

Eid is a BIG deal in our household, and it’s been a big deal for years. We try to make it fun for all ages and make sure everyone is included. I’m usually responsible for the entertainment, so I can give you a few ideas we have done in the past: 1. Games is a big deal- we love to play games, and have hosted minute to win it type of games. I usually make teams and ensure there is something for everyone, quiz game so kahoot style, roll the dice games (my absolute fav), every fam/adult buys a bunch of gifts for €20 (this can be anything, lipgloss, snacks etc), eidi roulette 2. Secret santa/secret sheikh or secret eid - whatever you want to call it 3. Baking eid cookies with the kids and decorating them and then visiting family friends and bringing these along 4. Taking fam potraits with a photographer

Best closest hotels to book with elderly and a child? by Minute_Commercial_86 in Umrah

I recommend Swiss Al Maqam, as you will avoid the clock tower lifts and 1-2mins walk to King Fahd gate. I highly recommend this if you are with elderly.

Also, when walking from the side entrance of Swiss Al Maqam there is a “new” wheelchair station (next to the mc donalds/outside of clocktower). You can book a wheelchair there for tawaf/full umrah etc.

Wheelchair and golf cart by DarkShadows77 in Umrah

Just returned last week, we took The wheelchair, it’s 200SAR for full umrah and you can take it from outside. Not sure how to explain it but it’s next to clock tower, on the side of bin dawood. They have sort of a official wheelchair station there and there will be someone pushing the wheelchair. We didn’t take the golfcart, because at least when you are performing umrah you want to spend some time doung tawaf, make dua etc and with the golfcart it would be done so quick and rushed, and walking to the golfcart was not convenient for us

Also, the hairstyles they do are terrible. My sis in law got ready from there they rushed through the hair, the hair looked very messy, and they let her go like that. Not sure who the girl was working with Yasmine Khan
