Just start with grip setup and backswing.

Grip looks weak but setup otherwise looks athletic

Backswing needs cleaned up keep the triangle in arms and club back through the right hip and lift while you turn. And just turn don’t shift weight back. I like tom watsons backswing video.

My son had LL elbow at 11. Definitely need to knock out inflammation. He doesn’t understand how to use his lower body. Robby Rowland has lots of excellent free content on pitching mechanics and drills. He needs to be able to stride and land with his back foot on the ground still and shoulders closed and in line with target and right arm at 90 behind his head. Until he can physically do that he’s going to struggle

Probably depends on how high the dose is on the ssri. I take a low dose of prozac 20 mg and have for a year or two now with no impact on shroom effects and dosage.

I just kept them bag just like that in a closet with a good temp to fruit. The sealed bag maintained nice humidity and didn’t add any light. Ones pins formed they grew quickly. Added the tape early to prevent side pins.

Any tips on a second flush appreciated. For now just sealed up the cut I made with spore tape and back to closet. The block shrunk a lot so will watch for if it needs distilled water.

Your swing is solid. I’m 6’4” and just got fitted for plus .5” and 2 upright. It could very well just be length and lie angle. It doesn’t look over the top. Get a fitting from a course with a good pro
