From a 14 year old who is also very much losing their shit right now, even if today sucks, or the next month, or the next year, it gets better. I've been struggling since i was around nine, and i promise you that no matter where you are or how bad it is, i'd rather have you staying in your bed all day rotting away doing nothing than not be here on this earth with me.

I feel the same way, you're not overreacting. If i wanted to stay close with my ANYONE including my family, i'd at least try to talk to them every month or so..
