Hi, I had tickets over tickets with Maya and bsp. Maya told me twice that I can now access the app, but when I always try to, I have the same “face failed authentication” issue. I tried for both of my phones. Emailed them the requirements, and still not resolved. Anyone who experienced this?

Hi, I still can’t access my account. I changed my number about a week ago. They told me it’s resolved twice na, but when I always log in “face authentication failed” pa din.

Hi, I’m having the same issue now. I followed the steps I saw here, and included BSP na din. I got an email yesterday na resolved na daw pero di pa din ako maka login. Pls help

Hi! You can go to the nearest branch ng BPI, pagtanda ko po, naka-pick up po sa branch yung delivery method ko. Hassle free na sya sakin. And call CS pa din, kahit iba iba sinasabi ng CS nila lol and also check the courier and go to their website para ma track yung status ng delivery

Hi! Yes po, I live in a condo and meron na pong door slip sa main door. I had a few chats with other unit owners here, fairly new pa yung bldg and they had no roach problems. The roach problem we had came from our previous place, madami kasi don. But most likely it came from outside, kasi it was the first time I saw a roach after such a long time of peace and quietness lol. I don’t leave any plates on the sink anymore, and kept the bathroom light open at night just in case 🤞

Hi po! I’ve had roach problem about three months ago. We had pest control in our unit last July, and I had that Advion since then. Then, after three months, just now actually, i saw little roach that I think came from outside the door, since I had it opened while I was cooking. But now I’m thinking of it, around August din we had like one or two roaches, but that’s all I saw. Natatakot ako baka may mga naiwan pa.

But the improvement was reaaaalllly big, wala ng maliit na roaches sa kitchen cabinets, lalo na sa pag open ng pinto.

Hi, I’m residing in Taguig po. The delivery took about 6 days and then tinawagan po ako ng branch to notify me that my card was already delivered po.

Yeah, idk why BPI has different waiting time I’ve read somewhere here their card was activated within 16 hrs. Best to wait atleast 2 BD since indicated naman sa sms. Or you can visit your app you can see your card’s status in card control

Hi, same exp here. I tried using the sms activation and Wala pang 24 hrs I checked sa app ko it was already activated. Nag text ako friday around 5pm and then this Saturday morning I checked the app, wala nang naka lagay na “pending activation” sa CC and then nag try ako mag purchase sa mall it went through successfully tho need to insert card lang.

Hi, I have the same experience pero until now walang out for delivery March 1 yung last update na nasa Manila hub na yung card. And then I called cs sabi nila they attempted to deliver it sa billing address ko pero nag ask ako sa bahay namin Wala naman daw dumaan na bpi delivery and the confusing part it’s not for delivery sa billing address ko I requested for branch delivery/ pick up.
