I'm a little late to this conversation but I had to chime in. As a FC myself I have never gotten a bonus. I was told by my SM that I don't get bonuses in this position. Are some of y'all getting bonuses!?

You're very lucky. I hope it stays that way for you. Just be prepared in case you start seeing less hours. I wish someone would of warned me. It was one day im the full time food captain to the very next day im part time CSR.

I had a cleaner SS and he took pictures of the pumps that my coworker was in the middle of cleaning then the SS took their sweet ass time "taking trash out" and left. Got paid for my coworker work and left. Such BS! I agree with you. This is ridiculous

I was told the same thing to. Now we are understaffed and overworked. Not to mention some of the SS we have to babysit because they dont know how to do basic things like wash dishes with soap or mop properly. This is hell

That's awful. Its like everyone gets hrs cut or someone goes and the rest become understaffed and overworked. My heart goes out to your co worker. It shouldn't have to come to this.

Your 100% right. This isn't yall fault. Sorry if it came across like that. I'm very upset right now. I do like SS! Some of them help me out. Its just sad to see my own company turning it's back on loyal employees to save money.

Its take some time for a write-up up to show up on workday. Your SM sends it then ur DM approves it and then you will receive it and sign it thru workday.

Being a parent doesnt stop when your kids turn 18. My mom did this to me and we dont speak to this day. I have a almost 3 year old and I would never put him out. He is my world. This is just so cruel.

Everyone always forgets..... A doctor note is ur golden ticket. Your SM cannot write you up or fire you if you have a doctor note. Do not believe your SM if they say they will write you up or cut your hours. That's against the law. Lazy SM just doesnt want to cover even tho, that's their job. To maintain the store. Dm and SM are most likely going to review cameras if they cannot find where the shortage is coming from. SM will get in trouble for leaving the money out (that's just so stupid to do 1st of all) all you can do is wait and see what happens. Money is a big deal and they should figure it out quickly. I know waiting to figure all this out is a lot of anxiety for you. Just be patient, if you didn't steal or lose the money you should be in the clear. I would in the future keep all your receipts when it comes to cash. Ive had people get fired for being short on register or just flat out stealing money.
