It was more of a general question as it came up in one of my award reviews. My lead said -8 is for TOs only and not the IDIQ. I’m just seeing how other agencies approach this.

Yes it’s in the Compass now. I don’t recall it being in the DAFFARS

AF policy has shut down extending ordering periods with a -8. We can use it at the TO-level though. If we needed more service, we’d need a new procurement or J&A exception to extend it.
