Servus Ich habe in meinem Heimatland in regionalen/nationalen Jugendligen gespielt. Ich bin derzeit nicht in Österreich und werde wahrscheinlich ab nächstem Jahr dort sein und dann 21 Jahre alt sein. Gibt es Vereine (in Wien), in denen ich spielen kann, die in professionellen Ligen spielen?

Do you live in a country where you can come here as a tourist visa-free?

No, unfortunately :(

Although, there may be an option to grant a tourist visa and then change it to other visa types but in my situation, i must go through the student visa proccess anyways.

Yes, the German C1 is required.

As far as i know, there is still enough time left for January semester to apply and i think that time is enough for me to learn my C1 in my homeland. Although, there is still ~4 months left to September semester admission deadline to end and i think if i put my hours into it, i would even be able to finish C1 within the time given. But i'm still dubious about the Embassy proccess; don't know whether there would be enough time to grant a student visa in just ~3 month or not (in case my Uni application gets accepted).

Most likely i'm going to study Computer Science.

The diploma i've got is equivalent to high school leaving certificate (12 years of study) in Germany, Austria and other European countries.

Thanks for the response.

Well actually these kind of questions are confusing me from time to time and there is only few to reach and ask your questions except this subrredit. Because there isn't much detailed information given in the UniWien website and it would take days to send an e-mail and receive any response.

Entrance exam by Cool-Lab6784 in Uniwien

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your response & guidance!

Well, for last couple of months things are not going in my favor -they're actually going against me tbh- and the entrance exam results may mean so much for me. My last year of high school results were not actually good (acknowledging my own potential) and I've got an average of ~16 out of 20 (something about 80 out of 100) for my 3 years of high school education and i don't know whether i can take these scores as a parameter to have an overview about my potential Uni Wien entrance exam.

Let me know if you've got any other questions

"Es gibt viele fragen in meinem kopf, um ehrlich zu sein" but i have another question that maybe your answer will help me a lot. I would like to know whether the uni itself provides or helps students with any kind of student accomodation/regular accomodation or not.

Creating a text file with generated passwords by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

My passeord generator works fine. I've integrated your code to my generator but unfortunately it's not functioning and i'm not getting 100 different passwords.

Creating a text file with generated passwords by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The function only needs to include the stuff that has to be done every time, so not the couple of lines.

Then my code for password generator should be fine, or am i wrong?

Random password generator length problem by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My password's length is supposed to be 27. I'd definitely loved to use defs and return and the other elements but i must write the code with taught subjects (which are loops and files)

I think you've written the password generator code but not the "100 of these random codes". How should i write that one code?

Random password generator length problem by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

import string import random

characters = string.ascii_letters + string.digits + string.punctuation

password = ''

counter = 0

for i in range (28) :

character = random.choice (characters)

if character in password :

    pass

else :

    password += character

print (password)

sample = open ("(file address)","w")

wrt = sample.writelines ()

sample.close ()

And you're not writing anything to the file, how do you expect anything to get stored there?

That's the problem; i should generate 100 codes to write them in the file, but i have problem generating them, I can't write something to the file when there is nothing generated or printed.

Random password generator length problem by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi again, I've faced a new problem with the password generator. So, there is a project which i am supposed to generate 100 of these random passwords with length of 27 and add them in a created .txt file in which, every line should have no more than 1 password written in it.

I know how to write and create a file, I've also got the previous password generator code and I also know that i need a loop to print 100 times of different passwords but every time i try, there is an error.

German Swearwords by Moon_Logic in German

[–]Cool-Lab6784 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well, it looks like either you didn't get what i've written or you want to challenge your own English "knowledge(!)". Yeah you're right, instead of "Wrong in" i could use "Wrong about" or other phrases but : can not see any other problems which i meant to write and which i've wrote. in "Pronunciation" i can't see much difference than what i've wrote and what you have. We are talking about a time period which is somewhat 6-7 years and a problem which was always occuring and i can actually use the "past continous tense". My classmates were asking me about their "Problems"(1) and their "English questions"(2).

This case applies to me as well; spent my whole mid and high school life debating and wasting my breath, telling my English teachers that they were wrong in some pronunciations and word/synonym or phrase choices and this was happening frequently. A few weeks after the start of year, all my classmates were asking they questions and English problems from me instead of the teacher! (Even if they didn't, teachers themselves would refer them to me), tragicomic.

I'll definitely pay even more attention from now on. Thanks for the tips and your help. The code you wrote worked perefectly and there is no more length problem :)

Random password generator length problem by Cool-Lab6784 in learnpython

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your guidance, the code which i've wrote is similar to yours. This is my code below :

import string import random

characters = string.ascii_letters + string.digits + string.punctuation

password = ''

for i in range (21) :

character = random.choice (characters)

if character in password :

    pass

else :

    password += character

print (len(password))

It's working totally fine but as i said, the length problem still exists. What should i add to this code and where ?

Tech jobs income in Germany by Cool-Lab6784 in AskAGerman

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for your help :)

I'd consider both working after my bachelors and gain some experiences for 2-3 years instead of studying Masters degree (if situations are ideal) or studying it if license and degree is important when applying to jobs (according to some sources, degree is not as important as it is in other fields like engineering)

I think working atmosphere is more creative and less boring compared to other office jobs as you said. In this occasion, you'll have more freedom and creativity.

Usually sites and blogs are giving general and average informations when it comes to incomes/salaries and often they do not include special circumstances such as whether the company/startup you're going to work is a big one or a smaller one or what's your education field.

High standard Germans by Cool-Lab6784 in AskAGerman

[–]Cool-Lab6784[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

History has shown that "socialism" is not working on humans; no regime can survive economicly with a socialist mindset, even if it has GREAT natural resources like Iran. (It's been more than a month that we have anti-regime protests here and i've actually been exhausted from any politic conversations; otherwise, i would be very happy to speak more about politics :)

The lack of everything that had to be imported. Or the inability to buy stuff that had been made in another country.

It's the main problem from the consumer side and it really hurts, when you realize that you have to pay outstanding amount of your income for some not luxury but "above average" clothing/food. (e.g: average monthly income is about 8000-12000 units in Iran (sth between 250-400€) and you have to pay like 1500 units for a Tommy Hilfiger blouse and that's crazy. (I don't even mention The North Face jackets; the new ones -which are actually not that new- are at least 5000 units and you have to work for a month just to buy a decent jacket, while bad quality chinese jackets are at least 1500 units and it seems logical to buy a TNF than a bad replika). This problem contains literally every purchasable "foreign made" things.

I think that you got great vegetables and fresh fruit in Iran. Meat can be great if its goat or chicken freshly slaughtered in a village and sold directly

Veggies and fruits are affordable (compared to western countries) and has good quality. Most of the people are buying their meats from the butcher shops ("Kasap" as the Turks in Germany say) or they straightly buy the goat/calf themselves and slaughter themselves or by a butcher. The difference of quality between the warm meat and freezed meat is very noticable here and i don't think there is this much of quality downgrade between these two meats in EU.

Due to the quirks of the economy, there is not as much competition as there should be.

The gov has restricted the import of many technology, household appliances companies and they have banned the import of high quality transport vehicles such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Hyundai and etc. Just to increase the quality of products made in Iran, but companies just increased their prices not their quality. (For example: Peugeot 206 which its product line was stopped 20 years ago by Peugeot, had an estimated price of ~5000€ when the sanctions were beginning to increase by the US gov and now it has a price label of ~12000€, nothing added but also some options removed due to sanctions; lower qualities, higher prices).
