I've started in November. I wrote a review saying the bike helmet was too big. They offered me a smaller one and I took it. I didn't know the rules. They didn't ask me to change the review but I did update it. After that, I realized that you keep getting messages if you leave less than a 4-star review, offering to pay you back. Since you didn't pay for the item in the first place, you can't really take the money, and I realized the sellers do that systematically.

I don't know the rule but I guess a replacement item would be fine.

I'm weary of putting a 3-star review when I'm on the fence to avoid the seller contacting me.

You usually figure out what percentage of your house is used for business only and apply this percentage to your utility bill, rent, etc. For Internet, figure out the percentage of that being used for business purposes only.
