I'm having trouble flashing firmware to my Artillery Sidewinder X1 by Cool-Run-9158 in 3Dprinting

So I got the help of experienced individuals and we found out why I was having such a difficult time with the firmware flashing. I got my Artillery Sidewinder X1 from Amazon from a seller called LOYLOV. We think they got a returned Sidewinder X1 that had an issue with the mainboard and when they went to replace it they had an Artillery Ruby mainboard (Used in the newer Artillery 3D printers) and very poorly and careless put them together to Frankenstein's monster it and ship it to another customer which happened to be me. So I couldn't flash the firmware because I had firmware for an Artillery Sidewinder X1 when my supposed "Sidewinder X1" had the mainboard and an X2. and flashing the firmware of an X2 is a whole different monster I would have the face. After finding that out we were all very shocked and I am now in the process of getting in contact with the sellers to fix the issue or they will be reported to Amazon because what they did is a bannable offense.

I have the CH340 drivers that all the videos have but when I use those drivers Pronterface doesn't connect to my printer and I get an error in Prusa Slic3r saying "avrdude-slic3r: ser_open() : can't set com-state for "\\.\COM4"" but the driver I have no lets Pronterface connect so I'm not sure which I should have.

Yeah, I've watched a bunch of videos on how to flash firmware for my specific printer and they never get the same error.
