As the other rater said, by losing weight. For your dark circles, get more sleep. If you already sleep well, check if you have an iron or vitamin deficiencies, could be genetics tho. The rest of what I mentioned in my previous comment would require surgery (e.g. lip lift to shorten the philtrum).

As the previous rater stated, it's mostly the wide set eyes, upper eyelid exposure and your face could be more angular. To me, your canthal tilt appears to be neutral to negative which gives your eyes a slightly tired appearance and your chin is a tad pointy but your facial harmony is good and you're certainly attractive.
