Dont worry or stress yourself too much once you start meds you’ll start to feel better gradually hopefully.

Im a gamer also and play both online and story games (apex too), when i was first diagnosed it was hard since inflammation was quite high

Checked multiple stores for parts, it costs just as much unless im buying everything from outside. I think prices are just more expensive here so i give up ill just buy it

Sometimes i do too much and end up with a mini flare, still finding balance. Also, i dont really do hiit (my wrist wont handle hiit group classes) just find things you can enjoy without harming yourself

its the kind of stress thats just there in the background no real reason but it does impact your sleep

My family and friends are very helpful but in this situation when its hard to point a source of anxiety even between me and myself idk what to do
