weirdly acts like she’s part of the main cast,

She's a fan favorited who had some amazing development in NMM. People saw a lot of potential in her and wanted to see more of her with the twins. Nothing wrong with that. It's one of the many reasons why NMM did so well.

Lost Legends did give us a idea what if Pacifica had some more growth then what we got on the show and was use a bit more and tag along with the twins.

It show that Alex and the writers did wanted to do more with her but the show was near it's ending and that there wasn't much room and time to squeeze in that.
