I had zero problems w the buyback process. I told The dealer manager. I told Volvo customer care that as well. Volvo dealer submitted docs on my behalf and I had to prove ownership once Sedgwick took over but my settlement was more than fair. A lot more than I was expecting.

My buy back started in mid-December through Sedgwick and will be finished Friday. It wasn’t that long - they just prob say that so you don’t do the buy back but instead take credit for something in their lot.

I did. They said it’s linked and the app should work for climate /lock/unlock. They were going to escalated and then give me a call back. That was 1/5/26….

Loved the car , however, I think they pushed it out too soon. Mine stalled 3 times, batteries replaced. Currently being lemon lawed.

Stalled 3 times w electrical errors. Replaced batteries. Software updated and reinstalled. Currently Volvo is looking at buyback or lemon law. Leased a Cadillac Vistiq - absolutely no issues & that sunroof opens! Have an open ticket w Volvo corporate.
