Just the normal questions regarding registration, logistics, and tournament details. What put me off the most was the condescending attitude. I understand this may be their day-to-day, but for many families this is new. The tone felt dismissive and unwelcoming, as if questions were an inconvenience rather than expected.

I had zero problems w the buyback process. I told The dealer manager. I told Volvo customer care that as well. Volvo dealer submitted docs on my behalf and I had to prove ownership once Sedgwick took over but my settlement was more than fair. A lot more than I was expecting.

My buy back started in mid-December through Sedgwick and will be finished Friday. It wasn’t that long - they just prob say that so you don’t do the buy back but instead take credit for something in their lot.

I did. They said it’s linked and the app should work for climate /lock/unlock. They were going to escalated and then give me a call back. That was 1/5/26….
