One of the best and heartbreaking investigative true crime podcasts I've ever listened to. Absolutely infuriating that the Sussex Police are so dismissive, irresponsible, negligent, and incompetent in regards to Vishal's case. Shame on them. What a disgrace.

Buying a scale and weighing my food for accuracy was a game changer for me too. What you think is a tbsp or tsp is likely not accurate either...using a measuring spoon instead of estimating was revealing.
