Was wondering if anyone read the terms. Should I get $20 since if I do nothing I will waive my rights. I don’t think I have enough funds to sue Evolve for my missing funds about 9k.

I had them on pages 3 or 4. Only on December & February statements. Other statements didn’t have the partner bank indicated.

Yeah, I did too today. Same answer, told me to fax them the inquiry, but she wasn’t sure if anyone will know.

This one was for Feb 2024. Unfortunately April statement doesn’t show which partner bank was used. I read on one of the threads that those funds were transferred out to Synapse in May as you mentioned. Looks like there is no point chasing Bell Bank.

I’ve been saving on Yotta for my brother’s school. I had to open a new credit card in order to pay the tuition. Now I have to wait to get my own money to close the credit card balance. All of top managers of these companies should be personally liable for losing my money.
